I was born and raised by an african mother in a rainy northern german metropolis.
After daydreaming through most of my highschool days I went to the University of Freiburg to study philosophy, literature and cognitive science. Here I spent most of my days in the universes of Kant, Descartes, Dante, Hobbes and Rousseau, while listening to Kraftwerk, Rachmaninov,Lil Wayne and Debussy. I also read a lot of Goethe and some Thomas Mann.
But since I did not like Freiburg I decided to move to Zagreb, the capital of the young, ex-yugoslavian state Croatia
Here I finished medical school while spending most of my free time investigating the neuroscience behind perception, action and concept formation.
I love the fact that I moved here.
What a marvelous, complexed, rotten, country.
60 years of socialism, 4 crazy years of war and 11 years of independence. Broken dreams, misplaced pride and tons of creative potential. It was here that I first discovered Gustave Le Bon and the propaganda of Joseph Goebbels, Ghandi and Martin Luther King. Armin Van Buuren, trance and minimal, Web 0 and the global brain.
It was here that Jodrowsky's Universe and his masterpiece "before the incal" started to touch me.
I have since worked as a copywriter, on my PhD in brain-computer-interface design and am writing a lot of philosophy. I am also a resident in internal medicine.
My next project is to write a graphic novel.
I am not very active on social media (including deviantart) since I spend most of my freetime withdrawn.
